Send feedback from the app

Click the ThatPrompt icon in your menu bar or system tray, choose Send Feedback, write what's on your mind and choose Send. A person reads every message, and replies go to your account's email.

Send feedback

1. Click the ThatPrompt icon in your menu bar or system tray.
2. Choose Send Feedback. It's also on the About ThatPrompt screen.
3. Write your message, up to 5,000 characters.
4. Choose Send. You'll see Thanks for your feedback!

You need to be signed in. If sending fails, check that you are, and that you're online.

What's sent with it

Your message, your account's email so we can reply, and the version of ThatPrompt and your operating system so we can reproduce problems. Nothing else, and never your prompts unless you paste one in.
